The Patricia Siviski Music Fund, a donor-advised Fund, is endowed through the Catholic Foundation of Maine (CFM). You may support the fund online or by mail. Acknowledgement for your gift will be processed through the Catholic Foundation of Maine.
GIVE ONLINE:
Donate through the Catholic Foundation of Maine’s website. Click the donate button below. In the web form, there is a dropdown field where you may select the specific CFM Endowment you would like to support. Choose “Patricia Siviski Music Endow. for Sacred Heart Church – 6042“
GIVE BY MAIL:
Mail your gift to Catholic Foundation of Maine, P.O. Box 799, Portland, ME 04104-0799. Be sure to include with your mailed donation notice that you would like your gift to be applied to the Patricia Siviski Music Endowment Fund.
